Rachel Stephenson Sheff is Managing Director of B Corp, I.G. Advisors - an award-winning global strategy consultancy specialising in social and environmental change.

Rachel leads the firm's work across the philanthropy, corporate impact and non-profit sectors. This includes working with brands, agencies, influencers, gamers and content creators to activate impactful, authentic giving strategies. Rachel has spoken at the Influencer Marketing Awards, was featured in The Good Egg's Influencer Marketing series and in Kurt Geiger's creative industries leadership panel, and is the host of the What Donors Want podcast.

Rachel earned a Certificate in Management from Harvard Business School, and in a previous life was a triple threat graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she earned a BFA in Drama, with minors in Producing and Applied Theatre. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Rachel is now based in London, UK.

ALISHA FERNANDEZ MIRANDA is the author of My What If Year. She serves as Chair and former CEO of I.G. Advisors, an award-winning global strategy consultancy specialising in social and environmental change, advising the world’s biggest nonprofits, foundations, and corporations on their philanthropy and social initiatives.

A graduate of Harvard University and the London School of Economics, her writing has been featured in Vogue, Business Insider, Romper, and Huffington Post. Originally from Miami, she currently lives in Scotland with her husband and children.
